Quick tuna salad with easy honey soy dressing. This is my all time favorite way of having fresh tuna. It cooks so quickly- be careful not to overcook it! Have it with steamed brown rice, some shredded veggies, toasted sesame seeds and spring onions. YUM!

They’re made with dates and yogurt, they’re super moist and my kids absolutely loved them. They also look super pretty in the homemade muffin cases I made using Diamond dual sided non stick baking paper. It also helps with the perfect lift and zero clean up!

Continue ReadingOn my last trip to Lebanon, i tried the most delicious kibbeh at a restaurant called @jouliabeirut. The owner Jad is from the north and this 1 layer kibbeh (mamdoudeh or spread kibbeh) is a specialty from the region. The topping reminded me of the famous pissaladière tart. It is SO DELICIOUS!I decorated it with lamb lettuce (ba’leh) and pomegranate seeds to create a contrast in flavor and in color.
