In life, it’s all about balance. I love to eat but I also love to take care of myself. On busy and hectic mornings, I have just realised that I can have boiled eggs on the go but a protein smoothie could be a bit more pleasant!
Made this one with frozen blueberries and powdered peanut butter- the best of both worlds for a delicious and satisfying dupe peanut butter and jelly flavor in a protein smoothie.
I use unflavored organic protein powder and the best almond milk (least ingredients) possible.

I use unflavored organic protein powder and the best almond milk (least ingredients) possible.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold almond milk (Scotti)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (@emborgarabia)
  • 1 scoop unflavored plant based protein powder (@sunwarriorae)
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter powder (use butter if you don’t have powder)
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Topping

  • Homemade granola- recipe on the website

Method

  • 1)

    Blend everything

  • 2)

    transfer to serving glass

  • 3)

    top with granola and enjoy!
