If you have been craving Bic Mac but resisting, I urge you to try this salad! It is shockingly similar in flavors but healthy, fresh, crispy and crunchy instead! I created a super delicious and easy dressing which i am sure you will want to make for sandwiches and salads alike!
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups romaine lettuce, finely shredded
- 250g lean ground beef
- BBQ spices
- ¼ cup hard cheese (Comte or cheddar or Mimolette), chopped
- 1/3 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, chopped finely
- 500g baby potatoes, roasted (recipe in previous reel)
- 1/4 cup low fat thick Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Method
- 1)
Cook the beef in a frying pan with a drop of olive oil if needed. Season with salt, pepper and BBQ spices.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Drizzle with dressing and serve.
