If you have a little amount of leftover whipping cream and don’t know what to do with it, place it in a jar (make sure that its really cold) and shake it for a few minutes. You will end up with butter! It s a beautiful little experiment to do with kids and a great way to avoid food waste.

Entertaining hack! When you create a cheeseboard using blocks of cheese, wrap the leftovers in plastic wrap then chill for up to a week or even freeze them (double wrapped in cling). When ready to serve, cut them into slices or bite sizes and voilà! What i also do with leftover hard cheeses such as comté or cheddar is grate them, place them in ziplock bags and freeze them to use in various recipes. Happy hosting and no to food waste! Whenever I have leftover cooked kafta, I love making kafta sandwiches with pickles, roast potatoes and hummus bi tahini. You can also have it with ketchup and fried potatoes! It reminds me of my childhood. I bought the kafta meat ready seasoned from @alkarambutchery and we cooked it at home. Find below the instructions for the kafta bake.
