You can make them with or without seed butter (avoid peanut butter at school). Both are absolutely delicious!
This recipe made 16 walnut sized balls, you can make them a tiny bit smaller but the baking times needs to be adjusted.

Ingredients
Chocolate-nana oat bites Makes 16 or 24 smaller ones
- 1 cup rolled oats (not porridge oats) use GF if needed
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup dark mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: 1 tbsp seed butter
Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C, line 2 baking sheets.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, mashed banana, chocolate chips, coconut oil, cinnamon powder, chia seeds, and seed butter (if using).

Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a small walnut.

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the bites are set.

Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
