I’ve been dreaming of these Korean vegetable pancakes since i saw this on @herbifoods. I used his recipe as a guide but used whatever I had in my fridge. They are so so delicious and very easy to make- try for yourself!

Continue ReadingHi guys! On my last trip to Lebanon, i tried the most delicious kibbeh at a restaurant called Joulia. The owner Jad is from the north and this 1 layer kibbeh (mamdoudeh or spread kibbeh) is a specialty from the region. The topping reminded me of the famous pissaladière tart. I decorated it with microgreens and pomegranate to create a contrast in flavor and in color.
