Stop scrolling!! Getting beautiful sharp edges when cutting super gooey brownies might seem difficult but i have got you! You need a long sharp knife and a damp kitchen towel. Using sweeping yet quick movements, slice the brownies and wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each cut. Continue ReadingI came across this recipe on the gram and saw many different variations on the basic yogurt + flour combo. Ratios varied, flours different from gf to self raising to plain. After a couple of attempts, i found the ratio that worked best for me. And as i had vanilla yogurt at hand, i decided to roll these baby doughnuts in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. I also stuffed them with Lotus (spéculos) spread. They were very crunchy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside. I cant wait to try this recipe with a savory variation!

I initially wanted an avocado and mango salsa but instead used whatever ingredients I had at hand to create this dish. I tasted nectarines in a salad at my friend @eatlikenicole this summer, and it feels like sunshine whenever I use it. Add whatever herbs you have, coriander, mint or maybe a combination of both!
