Halloumi and fresh zaatar bake. This looks like a salad, and you can have it as one, but when you bake it, it gets transformed into so much more! The caramelized tomatoes, the warm halloumi, the earthy zaatar and the juices make it the ideal warm salad to have with arabic (flat) bread. Yum!

Using sweeping yet quick movements, slice the brownies and wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each cut. Continue ReadingI came across this recipe on the gram and saw many different variations on the basic yogurt + flour combo. Ratios varied, flours different from gf to self raising to plain. After a couple of attempts, i found the ratio that worked best for me. And as i had vanilla yogurt at hand, i decided to roll these baby doughnuts in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. I also stuffed them with Lotus (spéculos) spread. They were very crunchy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside. I cant wait to try this recipe with a savory variation!
