Cherry & Pistachio Baklawa Trifle or, in reality, The Leftovers Trifle. Whenever I find myself with extra egg yolks in the fridge or some toasted nuts, it will always prompts me to create delicious recipes that allow me to avoid food wastage. Especially during Ramadan, whatever food is leftover, it either gets frozen, distributed to friends (doggy bags) or upcycled into a new dish.
