Recipe of the most delicious tahini ginger soba noodles with garlic and date molasses.I loved the technique of this recipe where the noodles and broccoli are boiled together then rinsed before getting pan fried with the sauce. The sauce is raw, blended then added to the wok with a bit of the cooking water.
