Continue ReadingLemon loaf cake with zesty cream cheese. I saw this recipe on @halfbakedharvest and I couldn’t resist making it! It is made using honey instead of sugar, lots of lemon and a mix of almond and plain flour for extra moisture. The cream cheese in the middle, mixed with some lemon zest, adds creaminess and saltiness to the delicious loaf.
