Coconut macaroons, another super nostalgic dessert from my childhood. I created this recipe for my @cloudhoods collaboration using @nestledessertsarabia sweetened condensed milk. During my demo, I mentioned that this super easy dessert can be made with the kids and is an amazing idea as edible gifts, for teachers, neighbors, friends. You can use sweetened shredded coconut for a sweeter version, and drizzle with melted chocolate for a fancier one.

    Martinhal Easy Chocolate Cake

    May 19, 2022pub

Recipe below. We were once staying at one of our favorite family hotels in Lisbon, the @martinhal in Chiado, and I just loved their chocolate cupcakes they used to serve at breakfast! I always grabbed a couple for me or the kids to snack on later during the day and they always surprisingly remained soft and moist. So, of course, I asked them for the recipe and they were kind enough to share it! That cake is a great recipe for beginners, with most of the ingredients available in all of our pantries.
