(Recipe) I am not there, I am not with you, but our hearts and our souls are with you. That is a cake that I worked on during those days where I was wishing and praying for a better future for our Lebanon. This cake is not gluten free but you can definitely substitute the spelt flour with a gluten free cake flour of your choice. Although spelt isn’t gluten free, it is easier to digest.
