It lasts well for a week in the fridge and it’s perfect with greens such as lettuce or steamed greens beans or broccoli. The secret is to always have 1-3 ratio of vinegar to olive oil.

Continue ReadingIn this lazy cake recipe, I tweaked an older one (by my friend @joellerached) and I cannot tell you how amazing it turned out!! I used whatever biscuits I could find at home, starting with digestives (a must in my opinion) and added some butter biscuits and pretzels. The saltiness of the pretzels was such a nice contrast to the sweetness of the chocolate. Also I added some malt powder (my friend @sandyskitchen’s genius idea!!) and it took this lazy cake to a different dimension. What i love about this type of desserts is that you can forget it in the freezer…
