Quick fish tagine en papillote- a juicy, super tasty fish, with delicious flavors of tahini and citrus fruits. With @diamondbrandsme baking paper I made parcels (or paillote). This cooking technique perfectly seals in the flavors while steaming and baking the fish! Also, the cleanup is a breeze! Inspired by Lebanese arnabiyeh, but simplified.

Continue ReadingI have been craving the viral apple fritters I have been seeing all over social media but i didn’t have apples not flour- only pears and buckwheat flour! And since I’m on a quest of only using ingredients that i already have, i tried them this way. I loved them! Now buckwheat isn’t the same as plain flour! I would suggest you start with regular flour. Also make sure you use a non stick pan!
