Recent studies have shown that being a multi-tasker doesn’t always produce the best results. This recipe is made using the date paste that my friend Najla sent me. It is so easy. It is ok to use shortcuts or help when needed! Simple and easy is something the best way forward.

I made a salted caramel and added to it Dulcey chocolate from Valrhona – it’s a caramelized white chocolate, and added some creamy tahini by Conserves Chtaura.
