This upside down caramelized onion tart looks very impressive yet it is very easy to put together. Serve with crumbled goats cheese or hard goats labneh and fresh wild zaatar or oregano.

And since I’m on a quest of only using ingredients that i already have, i tried them this way. I loved them! Now buckwheat isn’t the same as plain flour! I would suggest you start with regular flour. Also make sure you use a non stick pan!
