It is made using the best French cream, seasonal quince and local honey with some warm spices such as anise and ginger, the perfect autumnal dessert. Continue ReadingThe taste of home.. For me it’s Lebanese street food. I had the most delicious breakfast at “Le Professeur”. Huge pots of beans and chickpeas slowly cook and simmer over low fire. Garlic, bou Sfeir (butter orange) and lemon juice, cumin and spices are added. It smells of Lebanese warmth! What is your taste of home?
