A meal straight out of my dreams! I absolutely love fresh vegetables from markets and the French ones never disappoint. I first learnt about this dish from my friend Joudie @palestineonaplate about 18 years ago. It might seem like a tedious recipe but believe me it’s very worth it!

To be honest, simply dip the Palestine sourdough bread with olives in the oil and you’ve got a heartwarming treat.

Continue ReadingThe secret to a pavlova filled with coulis is a nice layer of melted, cooled chocolate. I always use Valrhona as it is truly the best quality and the most delicious (not an ad). Here i used their strawberry (pink) chocolate. For this specific pavlova, i made the meringue with some pumpkin spice and tonka beans powder. Recipe of meringues on my website. I added to the mascarpone whipped cream a couple of tablespoons of chestnut cream.

Continue ReadingI had to try the frozen yogurt bites with berries trend. I used 0% high protein fat and no extra honey. They were delicious and very light! Next time I will try them with a touch if honey and a creamier yogurt- just to see the difference.

Continue ReadingCouscous- the grain. My quick version of this classical North African dish..The easiest ratio you need to memorize: 1 cup of dry couscous to 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water. Add your favorite spices, some salt and leave to puff up within just a few minutes. And that’s it! Full recipe for the stew coming up asap.
