Continue ReadingTo be honest, the is the truest of true crumbles minus the butter, the flour and the sugar. Instead I made it using maple syrup, oat flakes and bran, some almond flour and super ripe and juicy fruits. I got inspired when I found some super ripe peaches peaches in the fridge and mixed berries in the freezer. Berries always turn into a gooey red coulis and transform any crumble into heaven.

Continue ReadingCan we all agree that not all trends are created equal? Some are actually useful and delicious_ such as this crispy rice! Transform any salad into a crunchy, exciting one simply by upscaling your leftover rice into little crispy, flavorful bites. I used nutritional yeast to add benefits and umami flavors (and because I had some at home!!). Otherwise all you need is some olive oil, dried herbs and an oven or air fryer. A great way to use your leftover rice.

I am always reluctant about peeling them but if someone hands me these juicy fruits that I adore ready peeled- I’m in heaven!Actually, orange blossom is one of my favorite scents. This dessert is Moroccan inspired, although Spain has something similar called Naranjas con Canela. You have to try it to understand the beauty of this dish. The warmth of the cinnamon and the flowery orange blossom brings out an incredible sweetness in the oranges. I also used some small sweet clementines…
