They are the easiest and the most delicious option for a healthy breakfast on the run! I have made them with jumbo oats and with porridge oats and I’m very happy to say that it works both ways #suhoorOat and maple syrup muffins

Deep fry at 180-190C, drain on kitchen towel then toss in caster sugar (with or without cinnamon). And THAT is it!watch out from oil splattering when frying!!!
