You can adapt the recipe to whatever herbs and veggies you have at home, but start with good, ripe tomatoes, small sweet cucumbers and mild capsicum peppers. All you need is a strong blender such as the OptiMUM Kitchen Machine from @boschhomegulf. I love the glass heat proof blender as I add boiling water to my vegetables and that avoids me peeling them!
