The most delicious way of having grilled halloumi in the cutest plate!
Ingredients
- 1 block of halloumi, sliced and soaked on water
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or zaatar)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (add more if desired)

Method

Preheat oven to 200C (or broil option)
- 2)
In an oven proof dish, drizzle generously some olive oil.
- 3)
Pat dry your soaked halloumi slices (make sure they’re not salty anymore), place them in the olive oil and add more olive oil on top.
- 4)
Sprinkle the dried oregano then place in the oven and bake until hot, melted and golden.
