Guys, please try this tuna salad. You won’t have tuna salad in any other way!
Ingredients
For the salad base
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 cup white cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 cup purple cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
For the dressing
- 1/4 cup thick Greek yogurt (labneh)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp finely chopped herbs (celery leaves or parsley)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Salt (mine was infused with zaatar)

Method
- 1)
Place all the veggies in a large serving dish.
- 2)
In a medium bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients and season.
- 3)
Add the tuna and mix well.
- 4)
Top the veggies with the tuna and mix to combine.
- 5)
Sprinkle extra dill and pumpkin seeds on top.
- 6)
Serve.
