What do you do with an almost empty jar of peanut butter? Quick Asian salad dressing of course! Approximate ingredients below:
Ingredients
- 2 tsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp mayonnaise (omit for vegan)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Fresh ginger, 1/2 tsp optional
- Fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp optional

Method
Directions

Scrapes all your leftovers and place in a jar.
- 2)
Mix, whisk and shake until smooth.
- 3)
As i made the recipe using leftovers from jars, these measurements are approximate but the flavors are insane.
- 4)
Feel free to add a bit of vinegar and a drop of water to thin the dressing.
- 5)
The miso can be replaced by soy sauce. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
