I love 2 ingredients doughs (I have a doughnut in air frier one!) but saw this heartwarming variation on the page of @cherylshealthylife It is INSANE! So easy, quick and super delicious. Banana bread bagels for the win!
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup greet yogurt (used 0% fat, high protein)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon pinch salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- Egg wash
- Flakey sea salt

Method
- 1)
Oven 180°C.
- 2)
Mix dry ingredients with 2/3 of chocolate. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.

Combine both using a rubber spatula then your hand.
- 4)
Knead lightly on a floured surface.
- 5)
Make 4 balls, gently shape as bagels with a hole in the middle.
- 6)
Top with the chopped chocolate, press lightly.
- 7)
Gently brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sea salt.
- 8)
Bake 17-20 min at 180C until golden.
