Olive oil and laban pistachio cake. A super moist and easy cake that is bursting with freshness. The olive oil and laban (yogurt) create magic with a super tender crumb. The tanginess and crispness of the lemon drizzle works perfectly well with the nutty and moist cake. I loved coming up with this recipe as the ingredients are super simple and the outcome is perfect. Decorate it or leave it rustic- you’ll love it anyway.

Rice pudding has always been one of all time favorite desserts! Can you imagine my satisfaction when I made it using date paste? I added some Madagascar vanilla from a pod, some orange zest and yummml! It tasted creamy, caramely and sooo good.

To be honest, the is the truest of true crumbles minus the butter, the flour and the sugar. Instead I made it using maple syrup, oat flakes and bran, some almond flour and super ripe and juicy fruits. I got inspired when I found some super ripe peaches peaches in the fridge and mixed berries in the freezer. Berries always turn into a gooey red coulis and transform any crumble into heaven.

Oui oui oui! The easiest, most delicious guiltless snack. Super easy to prepare with only 4 ingredients + salt. They are naturally dairy free, gf, refined sugar free and full of flavor! Keep them in the fridge for the ultimate indulgence. I usually add cinnamon and orange zest to them, feel free to play around the recipe. Enjoy!

Silky, rich, and comforting. They taste like the chocolate Danette, except they are better because at least you know what’s in them. Finally, a super easy and satisfying way to use up all the leftover egg yolks from my meringues. I had some mango and passion fruit salad and some vanilla whipped cream: the combination was incredible!

I love this easy recipe because as long as you have good ingredients, and you prepare the sauce ahead of time, all you need to do is boil the pasta and combine.

I saw the recipe of this 2 ingredients bread (+ the pantry additions) on the page of @zoe.nogluten and was intrigued by the simplicity and the relatability of the ingredients! The recipe is exactly what you see, the result is a soft “bread” with hints of earthy tahini! I had a quick piece this morning bff with labneh and olive oil, I can’t wait to have more of it with different toppings!
