I found a leftover piece of cabbage in the fridge, some toasted sesame seeds in the pantry, black pepper, toasted sesame oil and a garlic clove. And that’s it! You do get the most addictive, the quickest salad you can make!

When I saw this one on social media, i knew I had to make it. I found a leftover piece of cabbage in the fridge, some toasted sesame seeds in the pantry, black pepper, toasted sesame oil and a garlic clove. And that’s it! You do get the most addictive, the quickest salad you can make!
Ingredients
- 1/2 half a cabbage, roughly chopped (not shredded)
- 2-3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, ground
- 2-3 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- Black pepper, crushed
- Salt, to taste

Method
- 1)
Wash and dry the cabbage.
- 2)
Sprinkle some salt and massage to soften.
- 3)
Season with the rest of the ingredients.
- 4)
Mix and serve.
