Unicorn ice lollies using only 1 ingredient : watermelon! When I received the prettiest silicon moulds from @tavolashop, I knew I had to make something easy and healthy. This method is super easy and the whole family will enjoy it!
Ingredients
- Frozen watermelon cubes (unseeded)
Method
- 1)
Blend the frozen watermelon cubes then transfer them while still frozen into the moulds.
- 2)
Make sure to press them well into the crevices and small corners.
- 3)
Assemble as per instructions and freeze until hardened (ideally overnight).
- 4)
Unmould and enjoy!
