No fuss, packed with flavor, high protein air fryer turkey meatballs with coconut and ginger- and a fat free sriracha dip. The perfect meal for snacks, picnics, lazy lunches and dinners.
Ingredients
- 500g fat-free minced turkey
- 200g freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 cup fresh grated coconut (or a handful of breadcrumbs)
- 1 piece grated ginger
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sumac
- A pinch of chili
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dip
- 2 tbsp fat-free high protein Greek yogurt (or labneh)
- Sriracha to taste
- Lettuce leaves to serve.
Method

For the Meatball Mixture: mix the minced turkey, Parmesan, coconut, ginger, paprika, sumac, chili, salt, and pepper until well combined

Form the mixture into small balls and place them on baking paper.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- 4)
Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- 5)
For the Dip: Mix Greek yogurt with Sriracha.

Serve the meatballs with lettuce leaves and the yogurt-Sriracha dip.
