No fuss, packed with flavor, high protein air fryer turkey meatballs with coconut and ginger- and a fat free sriracha dip. The perfect meal for snacks, picnics, lazy lunches and dinners.

Ingredients

  • 500g fat-free minced turkey
  • 200g freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut (or a handful of breadcrumbs)
  • 1 piece grated ginger
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sumac
  • A pinch of chili
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Dip

  • 2 tbsp fat-free high protein Greek yogurt (or labneh)
  • Sriracha to taste
  • Lettuce leaves to serve.

Method

  • 1)

    For the Meatball Mixture: mix the minced turkey, Parmesan, coconut, ginger, paprika, sumac, chili, salt, and pepper until well combined

  • 2)

    Form the mixture into small balls and place them on baking paper.

  • 3)

    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.

  • 4)

    Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  • 5)

    For the Dip: Mix Greek yogurt with Sriracha.

  • 6)

    Serve the meatballs with lettuce leaves and the yogurt-Sriracha dip.
