The best granola, truly! The smell will make your house feel like a home. Super easy to make and will feed you for weeks
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 3-4 cups of raw seeds and nuts such as: 1 cup almond, 1 cup cashew, 1/2 cup hazelnut, 1/2 cup pistachio, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup coconut, 1 cup mix of flax, sesame, quinoa, sunflower seeds.
- (Chop the bigger items and mix with the smaller seeds)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 tspn salt (it really enhances the flavors!)
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup (I used a mix)
- 1 tspn vanilla

Method

Preheat oven to 160C.
- 2)
Mix all the dry ingredients first, mix in the spices and salt, then add the oil and sweetener and mix well to combine- I like to use my hands!
- 3)
Bake for 30-40 min (or until golden) on a couple of large baking trays lined with non stick baking paper.
- 4)
Toss every 15 minute to allow for the granola to bake evenly until lightly golden and fragrant. Keep a close eye as I had several batches of burnt granola!
