Ingredients
For 6 people. Salmon
- 500 g salmon, cubed
- Juice + zest of ½ lime
- Grated ginger (+ 1 garlic clove- optional)
- 2–3 tbsp ssamjang
- 400 ml coconut milk
Noodles
- 400g udon noodles
- ¼ cup steamed veggies
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2–3 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of ½ lime
- Grated ginger
To Serve
- Avocado cubes
- Mint + coriander
- Sesame seeds
- Lime wedges
- Chili oil (optional)
Method
- 1)
Mix all the salmon marinade ingredients, add the salmon, and marinate for 10–60 minutes.

Air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- 3)
Cook the noodles, rinse quickly under cold water, and add the steamed veggies.
- 4)
Whisk the noodle dressing ingredients and toss with the noodles.
- 5)
Serve the noodles in bowls, top with the salmon and sauce, avocado, herbs, and sesame.
- 6)
Add lime wedges and chili oil.
