It is a super easy recipe that can baked and served in less than an hour- and you won’t feel guilty having them!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp GF flour, of your choice- optional
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¾ cup honey
- 4 large eggs at room temp
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped , (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
METHOD
- 1)
Whisk the almond flour and the cocoa together.
- 2)
Add the honey, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla and whisk well to combine.
- 3)
Scrape into the baking tin and bake for 35-40min.
Notes
Cool in the tin before taking out and cutting into squares.
