Ingredients
- about 15 to 20 potted dates, cut lengthwise for one side only
- cup dark chocolate, melted over Bain Marie
- about 2 to 3 tbsp chunky peanut butter
- sea salt flakes to sprinkle

Method
- 1)
Using a piping bag or a small teaspoon, fill the dates with the peanut butter.
- 2)
Freeze them for 5-10min.
- 3)
Dip them in the melted chocolate, tapping off the excess then sprinkle with sea salt.
- 4)
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and chill in the fridge.
