The perfect way to fuel your body and soul. The cool thing is that it’s high protein and very adaptable to whatever fruits and yogurts you have at home. Make sure to use soft, ripe fruits and very dark chocolate. Will you try it?
Ingredients
- 1 cup of high-protein yogurt (or use plain yogurt or labneh with 1 scoop of protein powder)
- 1 cup of diced soft fruits (e.g., nectarines, peaches, mango, or papaya)
- 1 cup of frozen berries, blended
- A handful of seeds (e.g., chia, sunflower, or pumpkin seeds) for sprinkling
- 200g dark chocolate, melted

Method
- 1)
Divide the diced fruits evenly into four small cups, creating the first layer.
- 2)
Spoon a layer of the yogurt on top of the fruits.
- 3)
Blend and spread a layer of blended frozen berries over the yogurt.
- 4)
Sprinkle some seeds over the berry layer for added crunch.
- 5)
Finally, pour the melted dark chocolate over the top layer, smoothing it out with a spoon.
- 6)
Chill in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
