Chicken à la provençale! Quick lunch idea.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 large garlic cloves
- A bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil

Method
- 1)
Marinate the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag with the crushed garlic cloves, a handful of freshly chopped coriander, some extra virgin olive oil and the juice of the freshly squeezed lemon.

Just put everything in the bag, and massage the chicken with the marinade.
- 3)
You can use a meat tenderizer to thin the chicken breasts into fillets.
- 4)
Leave to marinate for as long as you can, minimum an hour.
- 5)
Use a griddle pan to grill, or you can even do it on the bbq.
- 6)
Enjoy with mashed potatoes!
