Breakfast ciabatta. I was so hungry after my workout so i used some leftover guacamole, boiled eggs, mustard, pickles and some zaatar
Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta roll
- 1 boiled egg, sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- Mustard (to taste)
- Guacamole or sliced avocado
- Pickles (sliced)
- Sriracha or Za’atar (to taste)

Method
- 1)
Slice the Ciabatta roll in half horizontally to create the top and bottom pieces.
- 2)
On the bottom half of the Ciabatta roll, spread a layer of mustard according to your taste.
- 3)
Place the sliced boiled egg on top of the mustard. Add the sliced tomato on top of the egg slices.
- 4)
Spread a generous layer of guacamole or place sliced avocado on top of the tomato slices.
- 5)
Add sliced pickles on top of the guacamole or avocado. The pickles will add a nice crunch and tanginess to the sandwich.
- 6)
Drizzle Sriracha for a spicy kick or sprinkle Za’atar for a unique Mediterranean flavor on top of the pickles.
- 7)
Place the top half of the Ciabatta roll on the sandwich to complete it.
- 8)
You can serve it as a whole or cut it in half for a more manageable size.
