The hosting series - Hala’s Boursin baked mushrooms. Tonight we were craving something homemade yet indulgent. This recipe is my friend Hala’s trademark, the perfect quick appetizer when hosting friends. They can be preped ahead if time, just make sure to add your toasted panko just before baking!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 punnet of brown mushrooms
- 1 garlic boursin
- 1/4 panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves

METHOD
- 1)
Crush your garlic. Then gently fry in olive oil in a small frying pan without burning. We simply want to flavor the oil.

Add the panko and gently toast.
- 3)
Remove the stalks of the mushrooms and fill them with Boursin cheese.
- 4)
Top generously with the toasted panko.
- 5)
Bake in an air frier at 180C for 15 min or in a hot oven at 180C for 20-30min until cheese is melted.
Notes
mushrooms are soft and panko is golden.
Enjoy with a green salad!
