Mastic meringue, vanilla mascarpone whipped cream, a chestnut cream sweetened with Lebanese honey, slices of marrons glacés (candied chestnuts) and chewy mastic raha (loukoum) decorated with edible gold leaf.

Continue ReadingSuper hack! My daughter over baked the chocolate chip cookies she was making and they were as hard as a rock! But as i absolutely hate wasting food, i had to find a way to upscale them. Added a bit of coconut oil, a bit of peanut butter and tada! Magic happened! I ended up with a creamy delicious cookie spread that tasted like a Lotus spread. I also tried to bake it and managed to turn into delicate delicious melt in your mouth cookies. Magic!
