Can we all agree that not all trends are created equal? Some are actually useful and delicious_ such as this crispy rice! Transform any salad into a crunchy, exciting one simply by upscaling your leftover rice into little crispy, flavorful bites. I used nutritional yeast to add benefits and umami flavors (and because I had some at home!!). Otherwise all you need is some olive oil, dried herbs and an oven or air fryer. A great way to use your leftover rice.

A childhood favorite! This recipe is super easy. I made the puff pastry cases myself but you can buy ready made ones. And it’s also an ideal dish for bigger parties as it can be prepared a day before then heated and assembled just before serving.

I love this easy recipe because as long as you have good ingredients, and you prepare the sauce ahead of time, all you need to do is boil the pasta and combine.

I saw the recipe of this 2 ingredients bread (+ the pantry additions) on the page of @zoe.nogluten and was intrigued by the simplicity and the relatability of the ingredients! The recipe is exactly what you see, the result is a soft “bread” with hints of earthy tahini! I had a quick piece this morning bff with labneh and olive oil, I can’t wait to have more of it with different toppings!

The secret to this express courgette tart is in fact very simple: make sure to remember to buy the ingredients! It’s so simple, easy and very flavorful. Make sure to preheat the oven and bake it until well golden and puffed.

The way I filmed is the way I felt on holiday.. Mellow, relaxed and craving some kitchen time. When i found those fresh round zucchinis at the market, as well as the ripe and juicy tomatoes, onions, garlic and fragrant basil, I knew I had to make petits farcis with a homemade tomato sauce. This is part 1, follow for part 2!
