Ingredients
- 1 roll ready-made pizza dough
- 200 g grated mozzarella
- 1 jar of pizza sauce
- Oregano, to sprinkle

Method
- 1)
Preheat your Steami air fry oven from Nutricook to 190°C.
- 2)
Roll out the ready-made pizza dough and try to shape it into a square.
- 3)
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- 4)
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- 5)
Cut the dough into equal squares.
- 6)
Stack the squares on top of each other to form two stacks.
- 7)
Cut each stack in half.
- 8)
Place both halves into a lined cake loaf tin, stacking them one on top of the other.
- 9)
Sprinkle some oregano on top.
- 10)
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the dough is puffed, golden, and the cheese is melted.
- 11)
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- 12)
Slice and serve your delicious vertical pizza loaf!
