Brownie pudding, THE crowd pleaser! Rich, chocolatey, gooey and soooo yummy!! It is super easy to make and it was recommended by my friend @rasha_itani original recipe by @inagarten
Ingredients
- 220 grs unsalted butter, plus extra for buttering the dish
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 3/4 cup good cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup rye (or plain) flour
- 2 tspn vanilla extract

Method

Preheat oven at 165C
- 2)
Butter a 9 x 12 inch dish
- 3)
Melt the butter, keep aside to cool.
- 4)
Cream the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
- 5)
Add vanilla.
- 6)
Sift the flour and cocoa then carefully fold into the egg and sugar mixture.
- 7)
Gently pour the melted butter in and combine.
- 8)
Bake in the buttered dish at 165C for 1 hour exactly.
- 9)
Use a water bath by carefully placing the dish in a slightly larger tray and filling it with boiling water.
