Ingredients
- 2 cups traditional oats
- 1½ cups milk of your choice
- 2 apples, grated with the skin on
- 6 to 8 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp oat bran (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 3 tsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In your baking dish, combine the oats, milk, grated apples, dates, oat bran, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix everything well, then smooth the top with a spoon.
- 4)
Bake for about 20 minutes or until set and lightly golden.

Serve warm with Greek yogurt and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
