Anthony @nogarlicnoonions was in my kitchen yesterday. Ahhh!! I was a bit nervous and so excited and you clearly see it in my Lebanese arabic! « Hi, kifak, ça va? » My table is showcasing Lebanese products through my desserts. Read for details In the fraisier I used strawberry jam from @terroirsduliban (@minbaladeh), in my fig tart I used fig jam from Phoenix (@pickitt.ae), in the brownies and the vegan chocolate truffles I used carob molasses from @j.grove.lebanon, my chia meghli and Mont Blanc are sweetened with organic honey from @mieldulevant (@jarra.ae), the tahini, rose water and aquafaba is from @conservesmoderneschtaura, the bitter orange peel in the brownies is from @kellyconceptstore, and my glassware for table setup is from @lenabni.leb.
