Ingredients
Dough
- 2 cups of plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 3/4 to 1 cup of warm water
Filling
- 1 bunch of cleaned and dried green zaatar
- Pinch of salt
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Drizzle of pomegranate
- molasses
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tsp summac

Method

- 1)
Knead, by hand or with the dough hook of an electrical mixer:

(don’t add all at once, add as much as needed for the dough to come together and add flour if too sticky).
- 3)
When it’s smooth and elastic, cover and REFRIGERATE for 30min.
- 4)
It is normal for the dough to be sticky.
- 5)
Don’t add too much flour.
- 6)
Leave it to rest for 30min, covered, and the flour will absorb the moisture.
- 7)
Preheat oven 180C
- 8)
Line a baking tray with baking paper and drizzle it with olive oil.
(I sprinkled them with salt and dried zaatar)
