Eggs in toast. This cute egg dish is super easy to recreate, you can even use a heart cutter for an even sweeter design. It’s crispy and delicious.
Ingredients
- salted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of bread
Method
- 1)
Melt the butter
- 2)
Fry the bread a bit in that deliciousness, then crack the egg into the break
- 3)
Let the 2 ingredients fuse into the most delicious eggy bread!

Season with salt and pepper
- 5)
Cook to your liking- until the edges of the egg are golden and crispy- and serve
Notes
I have used @beillevaire salted butter, use the best butter you can get hold of- or even olive oil! Let me know if you try it.
