Crispiest crushed roast potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grs potatoes, tiny baby
- Fresh thyme, small variety
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

METHOD
- 1)
Boil the potatoes in cold salted water until tender.
- 2)
Drain.
- 3)
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle and spread some olive oil.
- 4)
flatten them using the back of a glass cup.
- 5)
Add more olive oil, salt, pepper and some fresh thyme leaves.
Notes
Bake in an oven preheated at 200C until crispy and golden.
