These chestnut brownies are made with 3 ingredients only (+ chocolate but that’s optional!) They are gluten free, moist so easy to make and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- 380g chestnut puree (sweetened)
- 40g almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate (optional)
Method
- 1)
Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2)
Line a 26 x 16cm pan with baking paper.
- 3)
Mix all together, whisk until smooth.
- 4)
Fold in the chocolate if using.
- 5)
Scrape into the prepared pan.
- 6)
Bake at 180C for 25min.
- 7)
Cool in the pan for 10min then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
- 8)
Keep airtight.
