A delicious and super easy semolina cake adapted from chef @selinkiazim. اللغة العربية أدناه. Add lots of almond for extra crunch! 
كعكة سميد لذيذة وسهلة للغاية مقتبسة من الشيف @selinkiazim. أضف الكثير من اللوز للحصول على قرمشة إضافية!

For the cake
190ml oil, plus extra for greasing 
250ml milk
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g caster sugar 
zest of 1 lemon
500g coarse semolina
1 tbsp baking powder
200g blanched almonds, roughly crushed

For the sugar syrup 
1.5 litres water
500g caster sugar 
freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp rose water 
1 tbsp orange blossom water

Preheat oven to 220C
Lightly oil your baking tin (10x14”)

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, lemon zest, eggs and vanilla. Whisk until mixed.
In a measuring jug, measure the milk and the oil.
Whisk liquids into the eggs mix and whisk to combine.
In another large bowl, measure the semolina and add the baking powder to it.
While continuously whisking the liquids, slowly pour over the semolina and gently keep whisking until combined.
The batter is fairly liquid, don’t worry.
Pour into your greased tin, sprinkle with crushed almonds and bale for 25-30min until golden and an inserted skewer comes out clean.

For the sugar syrup:
In a medium, heavy based pot, mix the sugar and the water.
Bring to a boil until reduced by half.
Once thick and syrupy, remove from heat and add the lemon juice and the flower blossoms.

When the cake is ready, pour the hot syrup over the hot syrup over the cake. Do it in batches to allow the cake to absorb the syrup.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.
This cake tastes even better the second day- just keep airtight.

Coconut Watermelon Popsicles:

Ingredients:

	•	300g frozen watermelon chunks
	•	1/4 cup pure coconut milk (from a can)
	•	A squeeze of lime or lemon juice

Instructions:

	1.	In a blender, blend the frozen watermelon chunks until they are smooth and have a slushy consistency.
	2.	Add the squeeze of lime or lemon juice to the blended watermelon and give it a quick mix.
	3.	Slowly pour in the 1/4 cup of pure coconut milk and blend again until the mixture is well combined. The coconut milk will add a creamy and tropical touch to the popsicles.
	4.	Taste the mixture and adjust the amount of lime or lemon juice to your preference. This will help balance the sweetness of the watermelon.
	5.	Once your mixture is ready, carefully pour it into popsicle molds (about 6), leaving a little space at the top for expansion as it freezes.
	6.	Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they are standing upright.
	7.	Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solid.
	8.	Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds by briefly running warm water over the bottom of the molds. This will help release the popsicles easily.

Salt and olive oil! Would you try this Michelin Star hack? اللغة العربية أدناه. Try adding salt and olive oil to a fruit salad to bring out the flavors of the fruits. I also added lemon zest and mint as well , it was so delicious! 
هل يمكنك تجربة اختراع ميشلان هذا؟ حاول إضافة الملح وزيت الزيتون إلى سلطة الفاكهة لإبراز نكهات الفواكه. أضفت أيضا قشر الليمون والنعناع أيضا، كان لذيذا جدا!

Ingredients:

	•	2 nectarines, sliced
	•	1 medium ripe mango, peeled and sliced
	•	A handful of blueberries
	•	A handful of pomelo segments
	•	Fresh mint leaves
	•	A pinch of salt
	•	Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
	•	Optional: crumbled goat cheese, feta, or burrata

Instructions:

	1.	Wash and prepare the fruits. Slice the nectarines and mango into strips, and remove any seeds or pits.
	2.	In a large bowl, gently combine the sliced nectarines, mango, blueberries, and pomelo segments. 
	3.	Tear a few fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit mixture.
	4.	Season with salt and olive oil: Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the fruit mixture. This might sound unusual, but a small amount of salt enhances the natural sweetness of the fruits. As promised: The Viral Dalgona Coffee Recipe! Simply keep whisking with the small whisk until the froth is foamy and thick- about 2-3 min. العربي أدناه!
Ingredients:

	•	2 teaspoons of instant coffee
	•	1 teaspoon of sugar
	•	5 teaspoons of cold water
	•	Ice cubes
	•	Cold milk

Directions:

	1.	In a shallow bowl, whisk together the instant coffee, sugar, and cold water using a small strainer.
	2.	Continue whisking vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and frothy and covers the back of the strainer.
	3.	Fill a cup with ice cubes.
	4.	Pour the frothy coffee mixture over the ice cubes.
	5.	Top up the cup with cold milk to your desired level.
	6.	Stir gently if needed.
	7.	Enjoy your delicious Dalgona Coffee!

Note: You can adjust the sugar and coffee measurements according to your taste preferences. Feel free to experiment with different types of milk or alternative sweeteners if desired. Enjoy!

حلوى يونيكورن الجليدية باستخدام مكون واحد فقط: البطيخ! عندما تلقيت أجمل قوالب السيليكون من @tavolashop، كنت أعرف أنه كان علي أن أصنع شيئا سهلا وصحيا. هذه الطريقة سهلة للغاية وستستمتع بها العائلة بأكملها!
Ingredients:
Frozen watermelon cubes (unseeded)
Directions:
Blend the frozen watermelon cubes then transfer them while still frozen into the moulds.
Make sure to press them well into the crevices and small corners. Assemble as per instructions and freeze until hardened (ideally overnight).
Unmould and enjoy!

Frozen watermelon cubes (unseeded)
Directions:
Blend the frozen watermelon cubes then transfer them while still frozen into the moulds.
Make sure to press them well into the crevices and small corners. Assemble as per instructions and freeze until hardened (ideally overnight).
Unmould and enjoy!

I had to try this Viral Dalgona Coffee and it worked! Would you like the video? كان علي أن أجرب قهوة دالغونا الشهيرة هذه وقد نجحت! هل تحتاج إلى الفيديو؟
الوصفة ادناه. 
Recipe:

Ingredients:

	•	2 teaspoons of instant coffee
	•	1 teaspoon of white sugar
	•	5 teaspoons of cold water
	•	Ice cubes
	•	Cold milk

Directions:

	1.	In a shallow bowl, whisk together the instant coffee, white sugar, and cold water using a small strainer.
	2.	Continue whisking vigorously for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and frothy and covers the back of the strainer.
	3.	Fill a cup with ice cubes.
	4.	Pour the frothy coffee mixture over the ice cubes.
	5.	Top up the cup with cold milk to your desired level.
	6.	Stir gently if needed.
	7.	Enjoy your delicious Dalgona Coffee!

Note: You can adjust the sugar and coffee measurements according to your taste preferences. Feel free to experiment with different types of milk or alternative sweeteners if desired. Enjoy!
