New Afternoon Tea @fsdubai

Time, for me, is the utmost luxury. When I got an invite from the @fsdubai to enjoy their new afternoon tea “Équilibre” at the Shai Salon, I knew it was EXACTLY what I needed.

It was a much needed brake in the midst of our hectic schedule that forced me to stop and breathe- and enjoy the creative and absolute delicious visions of @michaelbartocetti (George V, Paris) and @nicolas_lambert (Dubai at Jumeirah Beach) into gentle harmony.

Équilibre afternoon tea menu is available until the end of the month.

Hello! My name is Yasmine Idriss Tannir, I am from Beirut, Lebanon. I am originally a Graphic Designer, graduated in 2002 from the American University of Beirut.
Dubai has been our home since 2007.

As a child, cooking and food meant family and friends gathering around a table, laughing and chatting for hours. I think this is what instilled the passion for cooking and baking in me.
