To truly understand how cream is produced, we have to start at the source. We arrived at a beautiful and charming hotel called @domaineutahbeach, set amidst fields of lush, green grass and natural parks. You see, Normandie cows are among the best in the world as they produce some of the creamiest, most flavorful milk, which is used to produce delicious cream and butter.

The cows of the region benefit from the proximity to the sea, the weather, and the beautiful natural terroir, making them among the most sought-after cows.

They are also part of the Isigny area, which has one of the highest qualifications for dairy flavor and quality in France. Isigny-sur-Mer is renowned for its dairy products, particularly its rich, velvety cream and butter.

The unique terroir of Isigny, with its lush pastures and mild climate, imparts a distinctive flavor and texture to the milk produced here. This results in cream that is exceptionally smooth, thick, and has a slightly sweet, nutty taste. But more on the farmers in my next reel!
