Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (100grs) room temp
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or essence
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add eggs one by one
- Add milk and vanilla
Method

Preheat oven to 180C
- 2)
Butter and flour the cake pan (round Nordic Ware)
- 3)
Whisk the dry ingredients and add them to the batter mix.
- 4)
Beat until creamy.
- 5)
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until golden about 30min
